Feeling Normal.

Hey guysss!! I hope you all are doing fabulous. I have been feeling great the past day. I experienced no noticable heart palps all day yesterday and I slept through the night the past two days in a row WITHOUT waking up in a panic.

To top it off I added two new holes to my piercing collection ohhh yeahhh (:

Anyways, I just had to share the good news in hopes that the relief is contagious and you all can get a break. I hope this continues to last because this break was WELL NEEDED!!

3. 	Hooray. It's great to get some relief! If or when they do come back try to brush them off so the adrenaline and anxiety don't cause more.

6. 	Related: When I was about 12 I gave my sister an unintentional tongue piercing - thankfully it wasn't a tongue amputation, which it could have been. :/ I was reminded of this again over the holidays when my son asked about it. So are you "sh" ing your S's now? Quick - say "Silly Sammy sucked down some sarsaparilla."
