My procedure!

Well... when they got me in the cath lab, they couldn't find any abnormal pathways or induce an abnormal rhythm, just sinus tachycardia. Which is good, if there's nothing wrong and nothing dangerous! But on the other hand, it means I just have to live with the skips. But I already knew that XD

I've actually been feeling much better since the EPS! I guess knowing there's nothing actually wrong, as certainly as possible, has helped a lot. I'm just sticking with the beta blockers and...

I've had a busy few days, and with busy-ness come skips.

It's really sad that I can't do a lot of things in a row anymore, I need about 4 times as much chill-out time as I do doing-stuff time. Plus I've been feeling dizzy again too when I've been feeling them strongly. And I have to stop taking my beta blockers tomorrow in preparation for my procedure, and I have to be out all day tomorrow! >< Not going to be fun, I'm sure!

Frustration!

After not having so many skips, it's always so horrible when they make a return! The past couple of days, when I drink anything hot I've been getting them again, which is so annoying! This used to happen but hasn't for ages, but they feel quite strong and out of control again :/ I'm sure I even felt a run of 3 just now! I've felt some odd sensations in my chest the past two or three days which is always horrible - you always think, what is it now?! It's just so weird how one day you can do something...

Back to skipping

I've been less aware of the skips recently - that's not to say they haven't been happening because they have, but they feel to have been less bothersome. But the past few days I've noticed more again, and although they don't feel quite as strong as they used to, they really make my breath catch, it's really an unpleasant sensation. I feel like I don't really know what's going on because they're not as strong, I can't tell if I'm having runs or what. I haven't felt any dizziness but they feel lower...

Ablation date!

They called from the hospital today and gave me a date for my ablation - in less than a month! I was expecting to wait at least a few more months so I'm very pleased and excited! But at the same time I know I'll get nervous before the procedure - and also there's the worry that it won't cure me totally, because my ectopics might be unrelated. :| But I hope it can at least help me feel more normal!
