Three Types of PVC Sufferers

I stumbled upon a really interesting study that was published not too long ago. The link to this study is at the bottom of the post.
Basically, there is evidence showing three types of people who suffer from frequent PVCs:
Positive - PVC frequency increases with a heart rate increase
Bi-Directional - PVC frequency increases at low heart rates and decreases at high heart rates (think overdrive suppression)
Flat & Negative - Both flat (PVC frequency is almost fixed regardless of heart rate changes) and negative (PVC frequency decreases as heart rate increases).
This study goes on to test the effectiveness of the arrhythmic drug Propafenone based on each type of PVC patient. The drug was effective in all groups, but most effective in the "Positive" group.
Also, based on this, I believe that the "Bi-Directional" type may not respond as well to Beta Blockers (since Beta Blocker slow the heart rate).
