Two Thumbs

What has two thumbs and just ran 8.1 miles?
This guy.

This PVC/PAC stuff can be, if not conquered, at least mastered.
Six years ago I was having 5-10,000 PVCs, every single day for a year.
I'm about 10 minutes post-run, I lost about 5 pounds of water weight in the run, just scarfed down two large pears and a dozen strawberries and a quart or so of water, heart rate at about 78 bpm, a few PACs on inhale here and there, but that's about it. All good.
Pretty soon I'm gonna look like those shirtless guys on muscle beach.

Top stuff Jeff.
I used to run 25+ miles in a week. And I once cycled 35.
I used to get a lot of PAC's/PVC's whilst running and I just ignored them. It seemed though the more I did it, the less I got. A good deal of them were down to anxiety I think.
I'm starting at the gym in a couple of weeks to do some light body building and cardio. I'm currently changing my diet to a more healthy one and will attempt the gym once my body has got used to the new diet.
I'm also thinking about using those protein drinks that builders use, but I am not sure what ingredients they contain as certain things can set of PAC's/PVC's really easily.
8.1 miles is amazing!
You should hit the gym and do some bulk building exercises. Up your protein to 200% + RDA. You will look nice and toned in no time!Posted 07-15-2010 at 06:18 PM by jayone
