Frustrating

Yes I have been a patient of anxiety and panic disorders for 13 years or so. But once I got it under control with Zoloft when I turned 20, problems were very few and far between... Yes I smoked, Yes I drank coffiee and drank regular sodas etc., but I wasn't a lazy person etc. So 2 years ago I quit smoking, I never really drank a lot of alcohol but maybe on weekends when I would hang out with friends.... Walk my dogs nightly. My doc increased my Zoloft when I decided to have my heart looked at...
