This album is being assembled in the hopes that other people with arrhythmia can see that it's still possible to exercise and get thin. Get through the fear, get on the treadmill and go.

I'm far from being an underwear model, but right now I'm the same weight I was in my first couple years of college.

It's been forever since I updated this, so I thought I'd post a pic from just before a cold weather run, disheveled hair and all.
