Sorry getting back to you late Jeff... I saw in a forum post you were talking about a site for weight lose.. or something along those lines!! I'm starting weight watchers tonight.. hoping to lose 40 pounds I gained with my pregnancy!

@ctcsmith - is it about heart stuff? If so, then no, I'm sorry. I put as much of my heart-helping time as I can into the site, and for my sanity I need to keep that here, on these pages. If you have a question or worry, post it here and if I see it and can answer, I will. -

I'm ok- my neighbors still in ICU- he will eventually need a heart transplant because some valves are almost "shattered" (no clue how that's possible but that's the news). My neighbor is sure that they won't provide her husband with a transplant because he has diabetes and other health concerns so I'm guessing they are going to let nature take it's course.
. I'm saddened of course but it's just another lesson in no day is guaranteed for any of us and live life to the fullest. I go back to the cardiologist in two weeks I think - or later to get these new beats cleared so that I can stop doubting what they really are. But I know in my heart that if it was deadly something more than likely would've happened by now since I've had them since November. Plus... let's say they are bad- I'm healthy right now enough to get through it!! So anyways I'm good but stressing about other things like: my husband has shingles and other crazy stuff going on!!! How are you? -

Want a good way to make your heart skip some beats? Stay up waaay too late at night, watching some old X Files episodes, and then because it's a warm, clear night, go wander into a nearby cemetery because the view of the sky is good there.

I SO love the Nike + iPod thing I got for Christmas - it accurately measures how far you've run and gives you (some) progress updates, on-demand updates, and when you kick a little extra ass? I found out today that Lance Armstrong has a pre-recorded congratulatory message for you.
So cool.
And I always hated running when I didn't know how far I was running, only how long - and so I never knew if I was making progress or not - with this I can run anywhere and know how far...

I like Sammy Hagar. The musician, but more so the person. So many times, for so many things, be it social relationships, business relationships, political relationships, if you aren't getting what you want out of them, it might pay to first look at what you're putting into them. The song Give to Live, whether you like his music or not, provides some pretty valuable life lessons, I think. I don't mean to go all music nerd...
