Living like this is tough especially when I remember how happy and carefree I used to be. I used to love being alone and not in a reclusive way, I loved getting little projects done or listening to music, reading and chilling out but lately my alone time has turned into "heart listening time." Every time it's quite I'm counting and feeling the beats and judging them, trying to figure out what is setting them off. What am I doing or what did I do wrong to make them happen. I'm convinced...
