Hi mnm1207, I just seen your message. Any questions at all that you have it it my absolute pleasure to answer. I was so scared and had no idea about anything until I found skipping hearts. They found I had a PFO because I had a stroke on July 27, 2009 while driving my husband to work. I am 5'1" and weigh 103lbs. thought to be in good health. Until, the stroke! Very long story short. I had a stroke because I had a pfo - that I didn't know about- and I have thick bllod called Factor 5 Leiden and I was also on birth control which set my blood off balance causing a clot in my leg to go through the hole in my heart and to my brain where it then split into 5 different areas! Whew!!! I had no idea about the pfo or blood disorder! Please, honestly don't be scared. Everything will be just fine. I promise! Please let me know how you are doing...God bless. -Littlemommabear

HI! I saw that you had a PFO. I am also 25 and have been having crazy symptoms and I recently had a bubble study that showed a pfo when I coughed. My Cardio is away, so I have so many unanswered ?'s. How did they fix yours? Was it scary?
