Not really, I am going to post an e-mail that I got from my doctor, it has really upset me, now I really feel sick. Hope you are doing OK.

I've heard about kava kava but never tried it. Hope you start feeling better soon. I'm having flutters this morning that I'm trying to not get nervous over. I think mine is mostly food and blood sugar related this AM.

Hey Susie, sorry your not feeling better today. When my chest hurts from muscle aches I usually take 250-500mg of magnesium and then get in a hot tub with Epsom salts and lavender and it really helps, a hot shower helps too but not as much as the bath. Have you tried yoga? The first couple times were hard for me because I was scared and it was hard for me to be still but after I got through those I felt so much better. And yoga helps me calm down because you have to concentrate on the position and your heart takes the back seat. I'm luckily feeling better today after sleeping well last night. Hugs to you too! I hope your chest pain subsides, I bet you've pulled those muscles from breathing funny or deep breathing.

I'm sorry your not doing well today. I've been weepy today and yesterday too but I'm trying to just feel better and relax. It's hard but I'm putting my body through the motions and hoping the emotions follow! Are your palpitations on going or is it that you had some ongoing then they calmed down but your still scared they are coming back? Mine have calmed down but I'm having chest like pains from too much deep breathing and I'm feeling like I'm causing them by concentrating on my breathing. So I'm trying to just let it happen naturally. I feel like my heart is in my throat but not necessarily palpitating. Crazy!
